ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNERS RAW SECTIONS
The jury met from 19 to 22 April at the “Parco Natura Viva” in Bussolengo (Verona, Italy).
After checking the 500 original files of the photos admitted to the final stages, the selections have begun.
In the first step, 20 photos were selected for each category, these obtained the title of “Highlight”.
Then among the 20 images, 8 were promoted to “Honorable Mention”.
In a third step, after a careful comparison among the jurors, for each section, the two finalists were nominated. Finally, the two finalists, with a play-off, won the titles of Winner and Runner Up.
The Absolute Winner and the Italian Winner will be announced at the time of the award ceremony to be held in Ivrea on Saturday 15 September at the Giacosa theater.
The winners of the 3 categories in the Open section (People, Nature and Animals) and the Kids section (Junior and Baby). They will be announced on Monday 7 May.
